I moved in to a ground floor apt. I was there for 9 1/2 years. The carpet was used and had damages at the bedroom doors from animals. I had numerous leaks from units above and with my own place. Carpet was a total disgrace, and they would not replace, or paint. Moving out they want to charge me for carpet damages of 1782.47, 3 cheap mini blinds of 89.61 plus a lot of silly other things totaling 1938.08.
