I am very excited to tell everyone about my restaurant and explain who we are! However, first let me tell you about myself as well as how I became owner of Brown’s Catfish in the first place. I moved to Russellville in 1978, and had worked for restaurant corporations for over 10 years. I started at the bottom; moving my way up from dishwasher to manager of two national restaurant chains.
