Sorry to disagree with the rest of reviews. But this past week has been very stressful on my 79 year old father, who with cash in his hand to buy a new car, was denied after seeing a Black Friday sticker price, was told that was a mistaken price. Not only did you NOT try to make right by the customer but you manipulated the contract to included a trade which was never agreed upon. You lost nearly a 40k cash sale, because of greed? Easy peasy! Jack saw the car he liked a couple of months ago and Diana started talking to him about it. He was not ready at that time but, thanks to Mother Nature, we were made ready. 😄 Diana followed through and 1-2-3 we became the proud owners of a 2016 Chevy Cruze in an absolutely spectacular color called Kinetic Blue.
