Went in to get a trade in appraisal and my credit received a inquiry with out me even looking at any vehicle till after I took a hit. The salesman that was helping me was no help at all and didn’t seem to care. This is what I get for trying to shop local

This is my second and last oil change here! Had an appointment for 1100, dropped it off early, still takes more then an hour for an oil change! Do not come to buy anything either it’s a complet rip off!
