Did an appraisal which didn’t seem to be correct. Supposedly contacted by lender twice, but never responded with call or email. Was wanting to find out reasoning for low ball appraisal when compared to other comp in neighborhood. Would have liked an explanation of his evaluation, failure to respond would appear to be unprofessional.
1 star is as low as I can give. I spent at least a half hour online providing information and requesting services. No acknowledgement. No answer. Nothing. Calls rolled over and were also unanswered. Possibly an abandoned website and business.
I'm a loan officer in Tulsa and we are facing crazy busy times and Mark McCormick turned in his appraisal by due date and even the same day of inspection which I have found isn't happening a lot in this market. This is something I can really appreciate since getting the appraisal back in a timely manner is so important. Thanks!
