very professional
Very nice person to meet with. Told me about the car, let me drive it and also showed me a few other Toyota trucks another of their places down the road. Price is higher than we want to spend for the miles on the vehicle.
From the first point of contact until you drive off property Mesa Motors is a great experience. Professional, respectful and passionate. Something I have yet to find at any auto dealership, especially the large ones. I would buy used from this company before new anywhere! Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
Didn't end up purchasing it. But the dealer did contact to see if I was interested and try and work with me.
I worked with Richard to get a Rav4 that was listed online. He was very friendly and trusting. He didn't bound me or try to make me a sale on a car I didn't want, he just let me check out the car and if I had any questions he was there to answer them. I had some concerns about the car and he addressed them and made sure they were taken care of. Overall a great experience.
