We go to Katherine Chacha and she is very professional, kind and empathetic and we absolutely love her!! The reason I am giving this place a bad rating is because of the front office. If you call them most likely no one picks up the call and if you leave a message you can be pretty sure that no one will call you back! I tried getting an evaluation for my child from this place and after waiting for 2 months, no one even called me to say when my child would be evaluated. I recommend this place without any reservations. My teenage son has been experiencing some behavioral health matters. Its no wonder why they were awarded the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval , they clearly place the patient first, and I will forever be grateful for the help that they have provided my son.
