I have gone to the RSM location a couple of times for threading, and heard that they recently expanded business here, so I decided to give them a shot at this new location, and the experience here was TERRIBLE!!! I came in yesterday and I don't remember her name. She has dyed blonde hair and she was the only one available yesterday when I walked in.
