Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable, and punctual(you receive a call when your technician is on the way). I had Brothers come and do an annual service on our Air Condition(Chris), plumbing inspection(Todd), and electrical inspection(Kevin) in our home. Highly recommend getting this service plan! Brothers Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing our toilet. The whole process was great, but who made our experience especially awesome was Dana, our technician. She diagnosed & fixed the problem, answered all of my questions, and was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Brothers Plumbing and will be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs.
I needed a new HVAC system. I asked for quotes from 2 other companies before I contacted Brothers. Joe came out and looked at the work, and later that same day I got the quote! Had a non-emergency that they scheduled in less than 24 hours. Dana called and was able to come early and arrived right on time. She explained the problem, told me what to expect in the worst case scenario, then fixed the problem when we didn't have the worst case scenario after all.
