My Dr office sent my prescriptions to Brothers by mistake. Me, thinking it was a case of fraud, gave Brothers a negative review. Someone from their pharmacy contacted me to explain the mix up which they didn't have to do and I can't see many others - if any- contacting a would be client. THANK YOU BROTHER'S FOR THE FOLLOW UP CALL. IT WAS MUCH APPRECIATED
Staff is very helpful & they fill your prescriptions really fast!! They also deliver meds if you need them to, they just don't deliver them if your medication is a controlled substance. Other than that this is a great pharmacy to get your meds!! They also gave me a wall calendar, a little calendar for my purse & a 5 pack of ink pins when I picked my meds up for the first time!! They also gave my Mom the same things even though she wasn't picking up any medication but because she paid for my copay they gave her the calenders ... read more
