Was in there today the managers father was cursing at me flipping me the finger calling me every foul name in the book ...got an attitude w me so I got one w him..but still this is a family store w children present and the manager displays this kind of language in public...I request nobody to visit this store again..

I love this company! They are knowledgeable, take the time with you to give you Any information about your pet. We bought a Bearded Dragon today, helped us have all the necessary equipment. They are awesome. Shout out to Austin and Andrea, and all the employees.

Poor service, higher prices than any other pet store, poor quality fish, filthy... They didn't want to answer questions, acted like it was a bother to help customers, had an attitude, very rude. This was the same for all employees we spoke with. Against our better judgment, we paid their outrageous prices for some fish and every single fish from there died within days. Now I see why they only offer a 24 hour policy on their fish. Definitely won't make the mistake of coming back. We've warned our friends and family of this pl... read more

This is obviously very disheartening, Sam. Since taking over the store we've done a lot to improve our space so that it's the best environment for the animals that we carry. I'm disappointed you didn't like the look of the fish we carry. The team here does have experience with animals and do truly care for them. This is our favorite place to shop for new tank buddies. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoy visiting once a week to see new and interesting fish. Walking in...I don't expect the place to smell like roses, as all pet stores smell bad. Just thought I'd add that in. :) We love Brothers!! Can't wait to see what's in stock next weekend.
