I have been going to Brother's Pet's for years and never had an issue with anything. I recommend my friends and family to them all the time. They always have what I need for one of my many animal needs. Very friendly.
The smell is pretty bad, but for being a pet store to various animals, you can't complain about it. Geneva helped us today, she was great. Answered all my questions about our bunny. Checked like 8 different bunnies to see if they were male or female, (female are better with kids) and we finally found the right one. She helped us with food and bedding too. It was great. She was easy to talk to, and didn't question herself when answering my questions!
I have always cringed upon entry, but it is the only local individually owned fish store here. I hated that they sold puppies. I am into rescue and it broke my heart that they took part in selling puppies. Yesterday I went in there and was pleasantly surprized to see no puppies. I asked and they validated - no more puppies. Yea!!! Now I am going to spread the word. Everyone please tell them how wonderful it is to have a fish store we can use with no puppies. They may not realize what a big deal this is bit it is huge!!! Great experience shopping there. All employees were very knowledgeable when it came to asking questions about a variety of animals and their care. All around great store had anything anything and everything I needed with great customer service. Highly recommend going in for all your pet necessities!!
