This store SUCKS!!! The girl who I asked about live rock today didn't even know it was sold by the pound. She had to ask. And you say your "associates" have "many years of experience"? That's really funny. I've had many run ins with the little high school rugrats and I had to put them in their place. (not the girl working today she was nice) usually those little shits are rude and don't know a damn thing. I hope people read this review. Bought a dog from here. He had been there in a very small kennel for going on 5 months felt very sorry for him. When we purchased him he came with a free clinic visit within the first 3 days at the Independence Animal Hospital. On calling the Independence Animal Hospital and scheduling him to be seen they informed us that they have no obligation with Brothers pets and that this scenario has happened multiple times. Seth, I'm sorry that you feel like you were given the run around about the vet exam. I am working to figure out where the miscommunication with the vet has occurred. I set up what I thought was an agreement with the vet to examine our puppies and kittens upon sale and bill us for the exams. When Amber called yesterday and told us about the vet not honoring the exam I immediately called and left a message for the vet to contact me, called again this morning and was told he was in surgery.
