I probably should have read these reviews prior to making a purchase. My level of frustration is with the LACK of customer service when there is an issue. I make a purchase via Groupon, my order shows delivered by USPS; however, it was not delivered to me. I contract the PO they were unable to find the item and told me to put in a claim. Are you kidding!! Ordered batteries. Most came loose in a bag. Others out if date garbage.
