I really don't like leaving a negative review, so I am going to start it with a positive: I LOVE Dr. Repsher. He was wonderful, patient and kind. While his office staff and technicians are also kind they have provided me with the WORST experience I've ever had when it comes to ordering replacement lenses. I had defective lenses that were outside warranty. Since it was the lenses that were bad the office honored the warranty, which was extremely kind. I have used Dr. Brother's for several years. This years appt. will be my last. The problem is the billing! After my exam I picked out new frames. When getting my total I was told I had a $24.00 balance from 2 years ago. They could not provide a reason as why I wasn't asked for the balance last year when I came. My 5 year old needed her eyes checked before starting kindergarten , they were so patient with her and very understanding , good news is we don't need to come back , but if I ever need to I will definitely be returning to them . Thank you for understanding how nervous my 5 year old was ! She walked out with stickers and tattoos and a smile on her face
For the second time I had to purchase a frame on another pair of glasses after only 2 years they tell me the frames are obsolete and I have to buy a whole new pair. Purchased some frames at Bruce's point of view with no problems at all, I am done using Brothers Bezold & Associates. It looks to me like they do this on purpose to sell you a whole new set of glasses.
Staff was very friendly and Dr. Larry made the appointment for our daughter enjoyable.
Very comfortable place to get your eye exams. They have excellent equipment, and friendly staff!
I went in for an appointment 4 MONTHS ago and still have not got the contacts I have needed. I have called time after time and left voicemails and have not received a phone call back. I have used this eye doctors office since I was 3 and have never experienced problems with them till recently. I don't know what the deal is but it is very disappointing and beyond frustrating.
