They never answer the phone. Constant phone tag. I am having to take more time off of work now to go in again because the Rx I was written sucks. Maybe if the Dr had taken more than 3 minutes the first time it would have been correct. update 05/07 I will not be going back to this office. Received a phone call from Dr. Repscher today in which he called me a dick three different times because of my above review. Recommendedthey were very gentle and helpful with my eye exam explaining what they were doing ever step along the way and I will recommend them to anyone having trouble finding an eye Dr.
Today I had the pleasure of having my eyes examined at Brothers, Bezold & Associates. From start to finish this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Dr. Bezold was very thorough and efficient. He spoke to me and I felt very comfortable. Amanda, I believe helped me pick out new frames and was so bubbly and sweet. She listened to what my preferences were and helped me choose the perfect ones!!! Very positive experience!!! If you need a new eye exam, go to visit Brothers, Bezold & Associates!!!
They have very poor customer service. They never answer phones or return phone calls to setup appointments. I don't understand treating patients like crap.
So nice- came in from out of town to visit my mom in the hospital. I had just run out of contacts and couldn’t wait. They fixed me right up and helped me! Great people there!
Dr. Bezold is an amazing optometrist. Fixed me up no line bifocals and I couldn't be happier with the lenses or this office. Friendly, courteous staff and very knowledgeable.

We took our grandson in last year. Dr. Brothers was wonderful. Our grandson has Down Syndrome, the Dr. Was compassionate and patient with us. Thank you! The staff was friendly. I just wish he took his insurance.
Wish I would have read the REAL reviews on GOOGLE! Make sure every single detail of charges are explained! I paid upfront $500 for my husbands and my exam and frames! Given a paper stating I still owed $423 . When I went to pick up glasses I had to pay $530!!! They stated that HIS insurance didn’t pay what was configured the first time! Why didn’t they CALL ME to let me know this BEFORE going thru with the order?!
