My wife and I went to Brother's BBQ in Denver last night and I have to say, we were both very dissappointed. The staff is fairly nice and responsive. The menu is limited with not many vegetable dishes to compliment the meal. The dinnerware consists of styrofoam plates and plastic ware. One of the plates cracked as I was walking it to our table. Tangy & lap-your-plate good – Though the service in the new location (off Arapahoe) is a bit slow and uninspired, and the fact that the entrance road is hard to navigate, the BBQ sauces are magnificent. I think literally anything touched by those sauces would taste fabulous. There's not a restaurant in town (maybe elsewhere) that can touch the BBQ sauces. Hands-down the best. simply the best – Best ribs in town, they're meaty and the only ribs that taste great even w/o any bbq sauce. Service is always freindly.

KC Girl loves the Brothers Q! – Coming from Kansas City, I have high expectations of how real bbq should taste. Brothers BBQ definitely surpassed and then some. Something in my Teeth – This is it!! I have been eating at Brother's since the day they opened. I loved it back then and I love it more now than ever. I have been to many places around colorado and although some are good, they don't come close to brothers. The Ribs peel off the bone. They are soo tender, that you just can't stop eating them. If ya dont know now ya know – Real Cue!! they smoke all theeir meats prior to ptuoong them on the grill. They dont just smother with mesquite sauce and call it barbecue. They maketheir own real BBQ sauce people that they make themselves!! Best i ever had best in Coloraod!!!
