The beef brisket was shredded, I am used to it sliced,mild smoke flavor, tender and a choice of sauces delicious. The sweet potato fries were good, also. Though we ordered the chili but we were charged and they forgot to package it with our food . Pork is in a lot of the sides so read the ingredients before you taste and order if you don't prefer pork. The close friend had it before and said how the food was really good. Though I was treated I Felt it was pricey.
I normally eat brisket, but after sampling the pork, I had to have it. The cashier was very informative about the food and sauces. She introduced me to the blueberry sauce. The food was excellent. Randy is a friend and I've sampled his food before. You are very lucky to have such a good chef. Thank you.
Was able to FINALLY try Brother Bear's BBQ at wine fest today! Very tasty pulled pork sandwich and great service! Thank you!!!
Best ribs I have EVER eaten. No contest. And the rustic outdoor atmosphere -- a roofed over pavilion with colorful wooden tables -- is great fun. Was there on a rainy day and didn't even notice. And the smokey smell is intoxicating.
Best BBQ ever !!! Been all over this great country and this place is the one.
