13 years ago when I first found Brother Bear on the side of rt 30 with one smaller smoker I instantly became a fan. I have since moved from the area and haven't had his food in about 5 years...... well this weekend in Atlantic City I was reminded how good the food was at the food truck fest...... I will be driving the distance for the quality from here on out.
A bacon lovers dream. 1/3 pound of candied bacon on a stick !!!! Burnt ends are to die for. Brisket and pulled pork are on point. Brian and his crew do a fantastic job.

Took long to get my food and I ordered a medium burger and it was hard as a rock
Not good and pricey. $19 for a pulled pork and a brisket sandwich. Pork had no flavor, same goes the brisket and the brisket was tough and stringy. No sauces, sandwiches were bone dry and difficult to actually eat because they were sooo dry. Not impressed. Worst bbq I have ever had.
From the burgers chicken and pork... I’ve never had a bad meal. Don’t forget to try the deserts!!
Just stopped at Brother Bear's. Had a Brother Bear sandwich, that's a bacon cheeseburger with pulled pork. A little salt and pepper, but forgot the BBQ sauce. Didn't need it anyway, was great. Also, had a side of chili, which was good too. This is the earliest I've ever seen them open. January 26, 2018. Kicked off the BBQ season early. Good to see Kelsey & Brian.
