RecommendedI have had the privilege of working with Brother Bear on two occasions. Both in the same year only months apart just based on the fact that they are that good. Great spot. Super friendly folks running this place. I absolutely loved the ribs and the corn bread! The smoke flavor through the ribs is the stuff of dreams... You just can’t find good BBQ like this in NJ. I will be back!
I attended National Night Out at the Hamilton Mall on August 6, 2018. I must say I was very disappointed in the food I purchased from your truck. The chicken fingers were greasy and nasty. The pulled pork sandwiches had no flavor. The only good thing I did get was the cheese fries. I would not recommend anyone to purchase food from you.
I'm a driver and travel five states and have tried bbq all over the place . I just passed this place and decided to give it a try And I swear this is the best bbq I've ever tasted . I just bought a large cheese steak from the place next door (it was delicious) and explained to the young lady I did this . I purchased the baby back ribs from Brother Bear and waited four hours until I got home to eat them and Wow, they were perfect. Been a customer for 10 years, since I first saw them on the White Horse Pike in Elm, NJ. Love the beef brisket, or a Brother Bear Sandwich but with brisket instead of pulled pork. I get them with fried onions & cheddar cheese. I can go on about the BBQ goodies you can get here, but just COME & GET IT and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed!!!

Food truck festival in AC. Nothing impressive. Brisket was lukewarm, stringy and dry. Would not try again.
