Bathroom exhaust vent Home inspector found the bathroom exhaust was venting into the attic. I got quotes and Kevin was prompt in coming to the house to inspect the attic. We also asked him to check our roof and a possibly loose flushing, if requires repairs. He said no - roof still looks good. Was patient in explaining things to me. Replace soffits gutters and down spouts I hired this company based on top HomeStars rating for the past two years. They responded quickly to my request and gave me a fair price. After delays due to cold weather, they showed up Friday and completed the job Sunday, They worked from 9am until loss of light each day ( even longer the first day) with only a short lunch break. They had all the necessary tools and material and cleaned up expertly each day. I completely recommend Kevin and his company for this type of work,

Excellent service! Excellent workmanship We just moved into this house around one month ago and have suffered a few times of the water leaking from the roof. Roof Water Leak Was Solved From Bros. Roofing Got roof water actively leaking problem which damaged the ceiling and drywall. Glad I did call Bros. Roofing recommended by my family. There is no doubt that good decision I made. Kevin and the teamer came out timely for inspection and took photos showing me the leaking problems causes. Roof Repair I called Kevin to repair a leaking skylight on my roof. He came to our house quickly for the issue. He is very polite, courteous and honest, provided very fair in the pricing. After inspecting the issue, Kevin cleanly explains the leaking problem and how he will fix it. Gutter cleaning and repair to roof Good job cleaning gutters. Poor job on repair. Missed damage done by raccoon Had to call another company to do the repair.

When dealing with repairs which damaged by animals, we repaired the damaged area at that time and offer before & after photos and vedios on our repairs. It's hard to warranty and gurrantee animal will not continue to wreak havoc after repairs. Unfortunately Homestars will not provide any other information about this project. Roof Repair I waited a few months to write this review because we wanted to make sure the roof was completely repaired without leaking. Instead of immediately trying to push me towards a costly re-roofing, Kevin explained our roof shingles condition still well and suggested a few repairs. Kevin repaired the leaking spot and proactively repaired other areas where the nails and shingles were loose without me asking and no other extra cost under the table.
