The girls who answer the phone here are beyond rude. They're just downright mean. Every time I call it's like I'm ruining their whole day for asking a simple question. Oh, and if I have any concerns they make sure to tell me it's MY fault. As other reviewers have said, the doctors and nurses are phenomenal. It's a shame that so many others have had negative experiences with the front desk staff but management apparently does not feel the need to address the problem. I am a huge fan of Dr. Patterson and her nurses, and I have heard nothing but amazing things about all of the other doctoral and nursing staffs at this practice. The only problem at this practice is the front desk, and this review is purely intended for them only. Yesterday, I was scheduled for my annual and was told that it had been rescheduled without my consent or knowledge. Staff/ receptionist are so incompetent. Amazing how hard it is for some people to do the bare minimum. I gave my insurance info weeks in advance. I show up, after taking off work, and surprise they actually DON’T accept my insurance, and whoever I spoke to “gave me the wrong information”. Maybe next time you could try checking that before wasting someone’s time and money? Just a thought.
The Staff is amazing in labor and delivery!! I had Brittany and crystal so far and they are so extremely nice and make me very comfortable. Dr William McKenzie did an excellent job delivering my baby and comforting me. He prayed with me and he was overall great. Would recommend labor and delivery here again and again.
