General background: 3 years ago I put a $300 deposit down plus $250 for my dog to live here. Pet rent was $30/month to begin with and later $45/month. I always paid in full and on time, never was late. Each year rent is raised $100/month. Monthly water, sewer, trash, cable charges adds an extra $200/month, a factor not revealed before signing. The sales staff are excellent. They provide personalized and prompt service. They are always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our needs.
Nice and comfy place to live. Friendly staff annd great location. Gated Community with all major shops nearby.
Regarding the ******** in ******... we shouldn't owe for trash , that never got taken , lights were always out so why are we charged ? Garage door broken for 2 years. And both bottom doors so apartments not safe. laundry room door lock broken. Broken items in apartment are replaced w less broken items. Tub surfaces are refinished or painted instead of replaced. I have been a tenant at the Southpark Morrison for nearly a year. I've had nothing but great experiences with the The Connor Group and the faces of the property at the this location. I'll just sum it up in three words for you Jen, Marcia, and Dee can't leave her out even though she's no longer at this particular property.
