Office staff are sales people, not customer service. Reporting issues and complaining about problems results in no follow through. Lots of turnover in my building so they have to be sales people. Why the turnover? People tend to be unhappy with the way this place is run. The dog park is absolutely gross and I have had to stop using it as a result. The pool is also gross. I applied to be a resident with Saxon woods, during the application process I was given a BLANK LEASE to sign and was told it's their process for reserving a spot at the rate that I was receiving. I decided to lease with another complex due to lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and horrible online reviews. I had to take my dog to the vet and it cost me over 800.00 and he died ...so I asked them If I could be a little late on the rent because my job cut my hours and my girlfriend lost hers to the covid-19 virus...I had a tax check coming in 5 days and would catch up....this was all in text messages....they never answered me and stuck a 3 day notice on my door and charged me a late fee of 175.00 and sent me a very threatening letter...don't they have any compassion under these government implemented shutdowns? I think they are an absolutley terrible company. Be careful because they are not here to help you in any way. They only look out for themselves and this directly reflects onto their employees.

This review is long but worth it to read the drama involved with the company, so you do not get screwed like the hundreds of tenants I have spoken with. I will Start with saying that this company is terrible if you are a tenant under them. The Whole point of renting an apartment is so that you have someone to take care of the household care things in owning a home. Just an absolutely horrid company to live as a tenant under. Once they've got you signed to a lease to make sure they get their bonuses, you no longer matter to them any more. They'll nickle and dime you to the absolute most extreme they can, and they're just a nightmare to deal with.

The Connor Group will constantly give you the run around with regard to money they owe you. Not a trustworthy business. If you are looking to rent a unit in a complex owned by The Connor Group, be prepared for countless property issues and being lied to about the status of your security deposit return for months on end. They should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat people.

The Connor Group took over Edge on the Beltline mid-December and has absolutely ruined the property. Since taking over, they have slashed amenities, implemented a ridiculous rent and utility billing system, and most importantly, neglected the building's security. There have been at least half a dozen apartment break-ins in the month since they took over. Just last night, 76 cars were broken into INSIDE the parking deck.
