Hilton chain has yet to disappointed me. Hilton Garden Inn-Rochester was no different. Great service and large clean room. Thanks for making our trip enjoyable.
I was there for a bridal shower for my cousin. The facilities are nice. Staff were friendly. It went well and I had a great time. I would suggest them for parties, events, business meetings. Food was tasty. Drinks were good. Seating was comfortable.
Enjoyed our stay, extra friendly and helpful staff, spacious clean comfortable rooms, good food both breakfast and dinner. If you need a place to stay in the Pittsford area this is the place to go! Thank you to all the staff.
Everything about this hotel has been awesome! The customer service, the food, and the rooms. The shuttle driver from the airport was the best tour guide. We will be staying here again in August when we bring our son back for school.
Great customer service , from front desk to restaurant and shuttle staff , I would recommend this to all my friends and family and will always come back to stay at this hotel.
