Dark and gloomy interiors
My wife and I used Hilton Garden Inn for our room block for our wedding last weekend, and we couldn’t have been happier with them! All of our guests were extremely happy with the rooms, and they kept the bar open late for us on the wedding night. When our shuttle service we had hired did not show up, Hilton jumped into action and got all of our guests to the ceremony at Burgundy Basin on time, and was kind enough to run their personal shuttle 4-5 times at the end of the reception to get all of our guests back the the hotel s... read more
We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very accommodating. Nice big rooms everything was very very clean. The pool, spa, and bar area was wonderful. My 10 year old said it was the best place he has stayed! Thanks again!
Quoted us the wrong price. Gave us the run around. Rude and unhelpful at the 1-800 line. Manager promises to call back and nothing— Keep passing the buck. Never again.
Loved this Hotel! Very clean, staff was super nice. Room was perfect and spacious. Enjoyed relaxing in the lobby. :)
