Don't ever apply to this place. I wasted 2.5 months of my time for a decision, submitted all documents with my personal information and had to go for month-to-month at my current place. My first question was if I qualify income wise and the answer was 'yes' and the complaiance decision after the long wait was I'm over income. The property manager is very unpleasant to work with and she has started hanging up my calls.

I only called looking for an apartment. They were nice on the phone. I'm from Columbus where it is next to impossible to find a decent place to live under 1000. The prices here for seniors are reasonable and the place seem decent and safe.
Never do work for these ppl. I did a small job for them and I've been waiting since February to get paid and after being told how nice the work looks...
Better management. Moved from 1 star to 2. Will increase rating as things here improve. The landscaping company is God awful. "Property Worx" has been destroying our beautiful landscape for years. The roads and curbs are also beginning to crack and turn to rubble. This is a serious issue as in the past our roads were completely destroyed. They were just repaired and it looks like theyre headed for destruction again. Our sidewalks are also starting to fall to pieces. Please get rid of Property Worx.
