The property manager apparently doesn't know what she's doing. She's putting other people's rent on someone other than the person who paid. I don't know what kind of funny business that's going on there but I would watch out

Don't ever apply to this place. I wasted 2.5 months of my time for a decision, submitted all documents with my personal information and had to go for month-to-month at my current place. My first question was if I qualify income wise and the answer was 'yes' and the complaiance decision after the long wait was I'm over income. The property manager is very unpleasant to work with and she has started hanging up my calls.

I only called looking for an apartment. They were nice on the phone. I'm from Columbus where it is next to impossible to find a decent place to live under 1000. The prices here for seniors are reasonable and the place seem decent and safe.

Never do work for these ppl. I did a small job for them and I've been waiting since February to get paid and after being told how nice the work looks...
