Medical care was fine but they estimated my out of pocket cost at time of service and overcharged me about $500. I have made multiple phone calls over the last 6 weeks to get a refund. Each time they tell me it is processing. CROOKS! DO NOT PAY UPFRONT!!!
I took my spouse to this ER last weekend because it was the closest to our house. I thought he was having a stroke. They took us back pretty quickly and the lady that day at the reception desk was very kind. After they administered blood and tests, they took us to a room to sit. The doctor came in and told us there was no stroke activity, but that he should be admitted to the hospital. We were told we had to go by ambulance transport and that it would be a couple of hours. Never thought I’d rate an ER but here we are! This place was amazing. The staff was so sweet and genuinely seemed to care. I was alone, from out of state, with my young child, when I experienced a medical emergency. We were just passing through on a road trip, and I was terrified to be all alone with just my child. But they were so attentive to us and went out of their way to make us feel safe and cared for. They were also extremely thorough and I left feeling like nothing had been missed. Best ER experience I've had. Dr. Real made me feel seen and actually cared for. Nurse Conner was also great.
Was there yesterday to get checked out after an MVA. The doctor was great, explained procedures and what to expect, the RN was wonderful and spoke so gently and kindly to me. The XRay tech was very nice and personable. However. The woman at the front desk is another story. I was clearly really bothering her by being there. Spoke pretty rudely. If she had looked at me, she would’ve seen a grown woman crying, who was alone, and scared about what just happened to her. I doubt she would have been ok with anyone acting that way t... read more
