My first time here was on Wednesday. I came in with excruciating stomach pain and they took care of me. I didn’t have to wait long at all. 10/10 service/care
I really hated my experience here. Without going into too much detail, I felt like everyone I interacted with hated their job there and one person was actually possibly the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. All I could think was, thank goodness I’m getting to go home and I don’t have to receive any more care from the people here!
Update May 2026-Do not go here! The rudest most arrogant health care providers ever! The nurse called me back and said nothing to me or my husband. She just pushed a wheelchair up to me and looked at me like Sit down! I think my toe is broken but I don’t know because I walked out. I am fed up with ER people talking to you for 5 minutes and deciding they know more than you do about your health journey. The Nurse literally said nothing to me except for asking me the questions. If I could leave no stars I would the worst experience ever! I waited in the lobby for over 6 house vitals were taken an hour after I got there. I go check with the receptionist to see how long my wait is and I’m told they have 3 rooms open but no one can help me. I hope they get shut down. Treating sick patients like that is ridiculous
Medical care was fine but they estimated my out of pocket cost at time of service and overcharged me about $500. I have made multiple phone calls over the last 6 weeks to get a refund. Each time they tell me it is processing. CROOKS! DO NOT PAY UPFRONT!!!
