the best emergency room visit I have had. from the moment i entered to when I left. Every single staff member was immensely kind and helpful. i literally thought they were closed because the lobby was empty. I cannot thank y’all enough.
I have doctors at this hospital who are very dedicated to their work and profession, this saddens me because the emergency room does not represent who they are. How you going to send someone to get a CT scan when they have not even seen the doctor. I was told that my labs had not come back. Then, I ask for the attending physician to come in and was hit with we do not know why you was going to get a CT all your labs are fine. I'm currently almost 33 weeks pregnant. I've been having chest pain for the last couple days. My OB sent me to the ER and everyone was so nice and compassionate. Nurse Alex and Christian were so sweet and personable, and the doctor was very thorough. The L&D nurses came to check on baby, and they were very sweet and comforting. Everyone seemed like they genuinely wanted to help and ensure me and baby were okay. So thankful for great care and a great care team!
I’ve been there 2 times in a few months. This last time I had a wonderful nurse Madison but both times even though I suffer from chronic dehydration they wouldn’t give only give me 1 IV bag? I’ve had this and many other issues that contribute to this for over 10 years and a saline bag is one of the cheapest things at a hospital. It’s like they think I’m asking for drugs? I came in Sunday after being directed there by my doctor at the urgent care for a collapsed lung. Upon arrival I let them know my doctor had sent me here and they should have my stuff the FOH staff tried to delay my care for unnecessary paperwork but thankfully the nurses in the back had gotten the call and came and got me before something else happened and I had the emergency chest tube placed quickly enough
