Only giving two because the young male nurse who was so so kind, patient, and understanding made me feel really safe and taken care of in a moment where my anxiety was just absolutely spiraling. He's gonna make an excellent father to daughters one day if not already! Update 2026- Very happy to say I had a wonderful visit and was in and out fast ❤️. Nurses and Dr were awesome and I am so happy to see great changes there ❤️🙏❤️. I will be back ❤️ I’ve been there 2 times in a few months. This last time I had a wonderful nurse Madison but both times even though I suffer from chronic dehydration they wouldn’t give only give me 1 IV bag? I’ve had this and many other issues that contribute to this for over 10 years and a saline bag is one of the cheapest things at a hospital. It’s like they thi... read more
I’ve been there 2 times in a few months. This last time I had a wonderful nurse Madison but both times even though I suffer from chronic dehydration they wouldn’t give only give me 1 IV bag? I have to do IVIG infusions. I have been to the ER after my past two infusions. Last month I had a reaction to the infusion. It was uncontrollable muscle movements all over my body. It made it hard to walk or talk. I almost couldn't do my blood pressure because it was like the muscles were so bad I looked like I had parkinsons disease. I waited for quite a while, which is expected in the ER. I was not put in an actual room. I was put in a waiting area and then into a side room. I see the ER a good bit due to reactions. the best emergency room visit I have had. from the moment i entered to when I left. Every single staff member was immensely kind and helpful. i literally thought they were closed because the lobby was empty. I cannot thank y’all enough.
