I’ve been there 2 times in a few months. This last time I had a wonderful nurse Madison but both times even though I suffer from chronic dehydration they wouldn’t give only give me 1 IV bag? I’ve had this and many other issues that contribute to this for over 10 years and a saline bag is one of the cheapest things at a hospital. It’s like they think I’m asking for drugs? I came in Sunday after being directed there by my doctor at the urgent care for a collapsed lung. Upon arrival I let them know my doctor had sent me here and they should have my stuff the FOH staff tried to delay my care for unnecessary paperwork but thankfully the nurses in the back had gotten the call and came and got me before something else happened and I had the emergency chest tube placed quickly enough
The tech/nurse Marquese was the best thing about my trip to the ER. He was running up and down the halls of the ER to see patients as quickly as possible. He came and checked on us in the waiting room and gave us updates on timing. He was the only person we saw working from the waiting room and made a big effort to make patients comfortable. We appreciate you Marquese!

they obviously don't care about there patients qualify of life. the bathrooms if you get a room that has a working one are nasty. i had to complain 3 times for get my wifes cleaned. the floors are filthy since we arrived i have yet to see a mop hit the floor. rust stains around the tube drain, faucet leaks in tube, holes in the walls, ac unit freezes up. health care has taken a noise dive at this hospital. they only want your money , they do a care how they get it. the administration doesn't care if you live or die as long a... read more
