Awful experience from beginning to end. The doctor was very cold and didn't take my concerns seriously. The office staff is very rude. While they are timely with appointments, they do not keep accurate information when medications are adjusted. When it came time to transfer my records, I got a call from a 3rd party wanting access to my records to transfer.
