Jury still out on this practice. My husband and I are new patients due to our old pcp closed their office. We were apprehensive after our initial visit and after my 2nd visit today; in reviewing the dictation from my physician in my patient portal of the visit, along with a reluctance in refilling my husband’s diabetic medication with enough refills til his next already scheduled appointment, we are going to be looking for a provider we feel more confident in our care.
