3 day water Outage We received a email that the water will be off 10/16 from 10 am-12 pm. Well it’s now Friday management has not sent and updated email about the water outage. We still don’t have Running water. It’s terrible we haven’t had running water since Wednesday morning.
Don’t do it Office is rude when trying to find solutions to your problems. Never communicates when needed until day of and broken promises to fix things then wait months for results
Sucks big time Management sucks apartments are disgusting and they got roaches BAD!
I like Windrush Village I love the size of my apartment and I can't beat the price. I do wish there were lights in the bedrooms but I have my lamps connected to the plug so I can just use the light switch. I've had a great experience here. Nice people, nice neighbors and I like the maintenance people and it's close to my job. I plan on staying another year.
no AC $300/month bill Have been here for months, called at least once a week to tell them my AC isn’t working. They come and “fix” it and it lasts 1 day. Claimed we are freezing the AC. But if it can’t keep up with 76 degrees something is wrong with the AC, not us. Between 12pm and 10 pm our apartment will not reach under 80 degrees. Our bill has not been under $280 yet for electric. No one will help us. Would not recommend.
I Like This Place I've lived here for almost two years and I'm very happy with the place so far! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the complex is very clean. The one thing that I appreciate the most is the fast response to minor repairs and emergencies. I would recommend this place as the units are very spacious and prices are very competitive.
Worst place ever ! Don't be fooled by the pictures!! This place is dirty, and everything is broken, our dishwasher was falling apart before we even got to use it and of course it never got fixed, the apartment people are rude and mean , the walls are paper thin so you hear everything you neighbor is doing and saying , our sliding door handle has fallen off , the guest bathroom fan was messing up and weird stuff was coming through it and so was water how ever the maintenance came to fix it 2 WEEKS AFTER WE ASKED ! then never ... read more
The WindRush Experience I live in WindRush Village. I love the way my apartment is setup however, I hate the fact that there is no light fixtures in the bedrooms or the living room. Thank god I don't have a pest issue because pest control is inconsistent. If only I can afford to move.
