Would not recommend at al. Good luck trying to get out to the road with the traffic these apartments have mold, mice, and they flood not to mention the unbelievably slow maintenance department rude customers service and no one ever answered the phone. With all they they never gave me my security deposit back I will never stay here or anywhere Peoria leasing owns again.
Their lowest level (basement) apartments have mice and they dont disclaim this to tenants prior to moving in. And when you ask to be moved to another apartment without mice they berate you and treat you as if the infestation is your (the tenant's) fault and your responsibility, thus you may not move and are forced to be bound to a lease that you also cannot break for fear of being taken to court.
