Zero stars actually. When Glick owned this property years ago, it was wonderful, now that this new management owns it, went down hill! Pool stays closed, water at the pond stop running, no beautiful flowers growing, trash from the dumpster over flows, maintenance DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! They also do not come out with “emergency.” When the A/C went out during the summer, nobody came and fixed it after multiple work orders put in. You guys should open the pool and charge guests $1 or something. If it’s too costly to open, that way your residents could enjoy the pool again.
I have lived here since 2019... I am trying to save up and get away from here. I can confirm that every low and negative review given on here is accurate. These apartments were really nice when Glick owned them, its why I moved in. Glick left the same year I moved in and the new management has been TERRIBLE. Phone service, maintenance, the new tenants they allow to come in and trash the place, there is mold everywhere, and zero professionalism when tenants are trying to contact them or get a concern handled. DO NO MOVE HERE.... read more
I may not live there, but I live right next to it. Their pool doesn’t work now I don’t know what happened but it’s been closed for three years
