First experience here...took Our new kitty in to get declawed. From calling and making the appointment, to dropping her off and then picking her up the next day, I am very very impressed with everyone and everything here!!! ���

We are from Urbandale, while we were in the area for long weekend at the lake our dog Zoey took a tumble and fell 12 ft from a balcony! We called Broknview right away and got her as soon as we arrived; the vet was super friendly, knowledgable and made us feel at ease with our options. We were diagnosed, fixed up and sent on our way within the hour! Zoey is doing great and her dislocated toe is going to be fine. Thanks again!

I was referred to Brookview by another Vet clinic, Cedar Vet in St. Ansgar, Ia. Brookview had the proper tools to do a difficult tooth extraction that my vet couldn't. They are definetly a caring, attentive group. They treated my Sheltie so lovingly. Just like my vet and her assistants , Denise @ Cedar vet clinic, I can give both a solid 5 star review !!!! Thank You

I took my cat to the Brookview animal center in clear lake last night and I could not be more upset. My cat was in respiratory distress. The vet told me his heart was failing and there was nothing I could do. At that point I made the decision to not let him suffer anymore. However the vet showed no empathy and was very rude. I paid $250 so I wouldn't have to see my cat suffer and slowly suffocate. The vet was in no hurry to do this. He paced around the clinic and was more concerned with money and paperwork. They made me feel not-so-silly about bringing in my hamster. I took her in for my niece, after they got a dog, and she's turned out to be such a good little pet, so I wanted to make sure I'm meeting her health care needs. The staff was very warm & welcoming; they were gentle in handling my pet, and took my concerns seriously. My hamster is feeling much better, and I'm feeling relieved...it was also considerably less expensive than I expected, and I even walked out of there with a prescription!
