Very friendly welcoming staff.
Everything! My original doctor retired, and he was wonderful. I've been w/ Brookside Optometric since Dr. Demsher joined them. my new Dr. is Awesome, They are open on Saturdays for people that work, and in case you need immediate care and your doctor is not available, they get you in to one of the other doctors on staff.
The doctors and staff are very professional yet personable! I appreciate their timeliness and follow through!

I have been going to BOG for years. I can tell you several things about them but the best thing I can tell you is I have never had bad customer experience there. Always polite. Always going above and beyond to accommodate. Always putting my needs as a patient first. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.
From Check in at the desk till the time I left was an awesome experience! Special thanks to RoseMary who did my exam as well as explaining into detail what she was doing andvery helpful with the answers to my questions. Cannot forget Nancy who closed me out with honest answers and helping me choose the right set of glasses thank you Nancy!
Dr Fujii is wonderful and Salena was very knowledgeable and helpful
My daughters have found the perfect pair of glasses two years in a row thanks to the help of everyone at Brookside optometric. They are both teenagers and love wearing their stylish glasses.
