I've rented this hall for a wedding once and a birthday party another time. It is wonderful. It is clean and spacious. You must do a bit of work (setting up and breaking down chairs and tables) but very well worth it.
I was there for a Knights of Columbus function
It was super easy to rent. We were able to book it the week of our event. It was very reasonable for the size and they give you the whole day, so setting up and cleaning up afterwards didn't feel rushed. The owner even let us in to view the space before our event so we could have an idea of set up and such. I would definitely rent the space again if needed.
Very clean and affordable. We have rented this hall for birthday parties as well as baby showers and family reunions.
