The floors were very dirty and sticky when we arrived, and mopping caused a considerable delay. There were however no major issues and things went fairly well otherwise.

I've rented this hall for a wedding once and a birthday party another time. It is wonderful. It is clean and spacious. You must do a bit of work (setting up and breaking down chairs and tables) but very well worth it.
