I’ve lived here 4 years and have zero complaints besides people (homeless) leaving trash in the laundry center and the dryer not always working. This Complex has been doing renovations and it looks amazing 🤩. Maintenance always respond in a hour or less when I put in a request. Today Thomas fixed my toilet fast and Was kind. My son clogs the toilet sometimes so he assured me it’s not a problem and not to feel embarrassed, thank you Thomas!!
3 days lived here and non stop loud noise from renovations above. Now they are throwing pieces from demolition down into a dumpster the noise is deafening. Music blaring Put in 2 calls to managment and as expected no call back. You renovate top before bottom for this reason. No one in office w/o appt. Looking at new places today
Other than the quaint, tucked in and quiet setting, Thomas makes sure the property stays clean and exudes a very kind and welcoming demeanor.
Long time resident. Complex recently rennovated including the units. Very nice. Good location in Brookside near Gathering Place, River Parks, walking distance to stores, restaurants, ect. Quiet. Smoke free environment. Very good maintentance...Randy and Thomas always answer calls quickly and efficently!
I’ve been enjoying Brookside Gardens for nine years! An absolute gem for apartment living in Brookside. The renovations are amazing! The crew that did the work was wonderful and talented. Management staff, Misty, and Randy; our ever- helpful fella, are without a doubt, the best. Once you live here, you never wanna leave, in a good way! Brookside bustle with Midtown peace.
