Tried becoming a new patient was told. I would receive a call back in 1 day. Four days later, I call to find out what's going on. Was treated terrible on the phone and told not to call back. I was just doing what they said to do. Very rude and unprofessional
I absolutely love my doctor! Dr. Graetz is the best. I've always gotten excellent care and I very much appreciate it.
