This management company is awful. All potential tenants beware. Many of their properties are infested with roaches. They will rent to you without disclosing the infestation issue and then you are stuck in a one year lease. My neighbors have the same issue, its several units and several properties. It has been a long standing issue, even the tenats who rented my unit before me left for the same reason. The property manager dodges the tenants. Moved here in December 2018 and regret it sooooo much. This place is full of cockroaches. They sent to fumigate 3 times already but nothing works because they come from other apartments (neighbors) I spoke to must of my neighbors and they going through same situation. They said building was entirely fumigated years ago but nothing helps I have been trying to contact the manager to transfer me to another building they have and he dont even bother to contact me back, I call the office and they keep making excuses.
