The apt manager and maintenance manager are very nice people. However the building is not well maintained. The hallways and common areas are grimy. They spot clean but not thorough cleaning. Instead of fixing issues like plumbing they continue to band aid the problem for an entire year and then actually call a plumber when your tub and sink are filled with sewage. Twice. Instead of fixing a shower head leak, they put tape over the leak then replace the tape when it leaks a second time. A new shower head was needed. The wood ... read more
Brookside Apts is one of the best places to live. Monica is a pleasure to have as Property Manager. She is friendly and helpful and very much appreciated. The Property staff are a great part of the team. 😊
I moved in about 7 months ago and absolutely feel in love with everything about this place. Facility is kept very clean. Maintenance is always there when you need them! My family and I adore our apartment. The manger Monica is absolutely the best human being ever! She's a great manager who listens to you whenever you need anything, always so kind and positive and always available. Everyone who works for the complex is amazing and helps but in a lot of work so we can all live in a beautiful environment.
Living at Brookside Apartments has been an exceptional experience. The office management, and the maintenance team consistently go above and beyond, addressing all work orders promptly and efficiently. Have lived here for several years and love it! Building is always kept up and clean. Management is great and always helpful and accommodating. Love the ability to have my own washer and dryer In my unit.
