I have enjoyed living here. Very quiet I lived here two years ago. And am living here again. Great place. Friendly staff and very helpful. They work with you with every need you have with your apartment . I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who wants a quiet area to live .
I have been living here for 3 and half years at Brookside. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is really really awesome, they are always very efficient, polite, and friendly. The environment is clean, the neighborhood is safe, and it's pet friendly. They even have a dog park for your pets to run around!! This is the place where I have been staying the longest in Carbondale. Highly recommend Brookside Apartment!!
All the employees here at great. They are friendly, most of the time they know exactly which apartment your in, and they are really good at remember your name. That's say a lot about who works here. They are all kind, caring, and willing to help out if needed.
