i just moved from out of state and wasn't sure where to live. I checked out brookside and they had everything I wanted and some. they made signing a lease and moving in the most painless experience I ever had, it was more than easy. its super quiet and family friendly along with extremely dog friendly. I plan on living here for a really long time.
Good apartments. Spacious and good management. You get the saluki express and 6 mins from university.
Brookside is a clean, quiet place to live. Management and maintenance are excellent here. We are certainly glad to be living here. Highly recommended!
I have lived in 3 different places in Carbondale, and this place is the best. They are pet friendly, and have a large dog park for my pup to run around. Rachel and Brian in the office are always very kind and informational, and the maintenance guys are nice too. There's several friendly neighbors, and even though there's a lot of buildings it is still a very quiet place to live. Parking is never an issue here, and my apartment is nice. The staff are very friendly and willing to help no matter what issue may arise. The community is friendly and the upkeep is great. It is a great place to live for any person or family.
