Terrible company to rent from Terrible staff. Subpar apartments. Our apartment was not move in ready when we showed up. The maintenance person is a horrible person who is known for intentionally neglecting residents of color. The fact that he's still there after multiple complaints by tenants lets you know how terrible of a company this is.

Great place to live I have lived at Brookside for over 10 years now and I love it!! Office and maintenance staff are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Ricardo one of the long term maintenance staff is always friendly and gets the job done. As far as comments about trash, that is the valet trash pickup service. They go around collecting all the bags and put them to the curb. It has never been there long because the truck then comes around to get it. The rooster is not on Brookside property!!

Never Again I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here, the rent office never answers the phone, maintenance guy is such a rude jerk. Literally accused me of leaving trash outside clearly when it was my neighbors. Plus not to mention bugs were everywhere in the kitchen. These people must know
Worse experience My apartment flood on Feb. 4 due to a busted pipe. The situation was handled horribly by Brookside Apartments. Alexis and Jaime refused to call a plumber or handled the situation at all. Due to maintenance bagging all my wet items up and tying the bags, then removing the dehumidifiers and fans (multiple times when they were repeatedly told not to do so) all items were lost. LIVE HERE Let me start with the staff, the manager is the best. I was here before and did not want to even tour after hearing my friends horror stories but now I do not worry about a thing. The communication is great and prompt. They actually get the apartments fully ready and looking new before someone new moves in and it is great all around, highly reccomend!

Disgusting The dumpster is overflowing with garbage on a regular basis causing mice in the apartments
Horrible Things constantly break maintenance just put a band-aid fix on it and call it a day. Management communication skills are very poor and at times flat out rude. If you need anything from management, you have to make sure to walk in office. Getting any communication outside of walking in office does not happen. If management commits to a time to meet/speak with you do not expect them to follow through with agreed upon time or reach out at all. If you have an emergency after hours, they will not answer! Terrible People Recently bought out low income building and kicked every tenant out 2 WEEKS before Christmas. Dont give these evil people any of your money
