Great Place to live!! This is a great apartment complex! Located in the middle of everything and the staff are really friendly! Maintenance orders are fixed really quickly and neighbors are great! Highly recommend moving here for those looking to sign a new lease.

Annoyed Management needs work. Good location. It is safe. The quality of the apartments are rough. When you call to get something fixed the maintenance guy gets upset. The apartments are small. Neighbors are loud but I don't care much about that because they do seem nice. Management has you fill out a hundred papers when you move in and then when something comes up they don't use any of it to communicate with them. Loud careless apartment. Wasn't bad when I first moved in, not a bad location, new neighbors who yell and argue or are just constantly loud. Office could careless as long as they get it fixed for one day. Other than that, the grounds are not bad, the matinence men are fast, but rude. Nicole in the office is extremely helpful and nice!
Overpriced THERE'S A ROOSTER THAT SCREECHES THE ENTIRE DAY. From sun up until sun down, this bird is screeching at the top of it's lungs. They MAKE you pay for trash cable that freezes and is included in some trash package deal with Spectrum. The sink has no sprayer. It's extremely drafty and there's a gap between the cheap front door that makes it even more drafty. The water pressure in the shower is terrible. It gradually diminishes MID SHOWER. Overpriced Extremely overpriced for what you're actually getting. It's a nice size but excessive amounts of spiders and even the occasional mouse. Really dated inside as well, microwave from the 1980s. Windows don't close all the way and doors have gaps that let air through. They also don't tell you until you get there that you are required to pay for cable from them whether you actually want it or not. Maybe I just got bad unit but be cautious. Only got this place because of the convenience aspect.

Griffin, Current Resident One of the reasons I moved into this complex was because of Community Life and it has become one of the reasons I love living here. The community is awesome and so friendly.
3 Happy Years I love living at Brookside! The landscaping is gorgeous, the property is well-maintained, and the neighborhood is quiet. The community life team is very active...from monthly movie nights, free pizza dinners, even passing out chick fil a to residents on their way to work -- I must say that I have enjoyed the time that I've lived here (over 3 years).
Instantly Welcome I attended my first Community Life event just after moving in, and I couldn't be happier. I could not have felt more welcome, and instantly had new friends. Brookside is not like an apartment complex, it is a community. Community Life makes that happen.
