I am so disappointed with Brookside Animal Hospital after what happened today. I called because I needed to get my dog in for an urgent care appointment. I was told they would not schedule an appointment for me because I had left them a one-star review six years ago. The office manager told me she would have to talk to the owners before she could schedule anything and that she would call me back. She never did. What bothers me the most is that no one even asked me why I left that review or tried to understand what happened. ... read more
Dr Nett Johnson is phenomenal. She is always so nice and accommodating. Very knowledgeable and never acts like she’s trying to rush you out the door. Been to a handful of vets and she is by far the best and at some of the best prices. Update 2026 I quit going here, the service went progressively downhill over time when our initial vet left the clinic.
Been taking my dogs here since the first one 35 years ago. The vets are professional and keep learning new things that improve pets' results.
They are amazing! I took my elderly dog for a very much needed nail trim and a check up. The entire staff was kind, patient and knew how to handle my reactive dog. They also charged a fair price for their services. If you’re new to Ogden and you are looking for a good veterinarian, I recommend Brookside!
