From my first viewing appointment up to the handing of the keys to my apartment, I had a great experience with Margot, she was very patient, professional and helpful. Also, having an online app where I can do all my transactions was a plus! I thought I will be overwhelmed as a first time renter here in SoCal, but it was easy, breezy, just like the vibe here in Brookshire Apartments.
Margot is friendly and was extremely helpful during the tour and application process and very responsive to my calls, emails and keeping me informed. She does an excellent job at keeping the apartments clean and I’m excited to be a tenant here soon. Overall fantastic experience!

Lived here for two years. Two different managers. Most recent manager Margot and her husband were always very helpful/ available when needed. Quiet environment and neighbors are all very friendly and understanding!
