The manager was very friendly and professional. He was willing to answer all questions about the property and leasing process. The storage unit was very clean and so was the outside of the property. They are in the process of having the grounds paved which will make it look even more appealing to future renters. I would definitely recommend Brooks Mini Storage to anyone!

I have nothing against the former management, but recent changes to the Brooks facilities and process of rental and payment are very much improved. I was able to move into my unit before I stepped foot in the office. The new website is easy to use and every part of the process is to the advantage of the renter. The two local managers I have dealt with are friendly, well informed about the business, and helpful with the questions I have had. Plus, the rates are very competitive.
