The manager was very pleasant. He made me feel welcome and at ease. The unit was clean and so were the grounds. He knows his job and was full of any information that you may have needed even down to making sure I was comfortable with the lock that was provided for me. I would definitely recommend Brooks to anyone that was In need of storage. #valuableemployee
