I absolutely LOVE Dr. Books and his entire team. They are super personable and SO ON TOP OF IT! The office itself is super clean, peaceful and I have never experienced long wait times. I've noticed some other facilities are a touch chaotic and try to push procedures that aren't necessary *cough* DentFirst. You will have none of that at Brooks Cosmetic, lets just say it's on a whole other level (and this is coming from someone who had three fillings by Dr. Brooks).
Dr. Brooks and his staff are the best. He's been my dentist since I was 19.
I absolutely love this dentist office. They always are thorough with the cleanings and exams. I know what costs are upfront before any scheduling. The most friendly staff. After only a couple visits, they know you by name. I love it and highly recommend to anyone. It's nice to have a one on one relationship with a dentist.
Friendly, I went in as a chicken and Doctor Brooks was the calm without the storm. Highly recommend this office. No more apprehension about seeing this Dentist.
Dr. Brooks is great as well as the staff. They take the time to explain any problems and solutions concerning the health of your teeth. My last appointment, as I was coming out I tripped and fall and landed on my head. I had a knot and had a carpet burn. I was fine and doing fine, but thankful for the dental assistant who helped me. I was working today and someone from your staff, sorry I couldn't remember her name. Ask me how I was doing. Thankful for a great caring staff and Dr. Brooks.
Every person in that office is fabulous...especially Dr. Brooks!!
Best dentist I ever went to. And I'm very picky about those guys. He truly cares he followed up with me this evening after my appointment
